Category Criteria:
Judges will assess the general presentation of the site and forecourt facilities, as well as service to customers:
 | Sites should offer a good range of facilities on the forecourt (space permitting) which are fully operational and well-maintained (serviceable) - such as car wash, air, water, plastic gloves, and paper towel rolls. |
| Fuel pumps should be multi-product dispensers (offering all grades on all fuelling positions, HGV excluded) and be clean, tidy and working with each grade properly signposted and priced. |
| The correct statutory notices should be displayed, and fire extinguishers should be easily accessible. |
| The forecourt area should be generally well maintained - clean and free of litter and with paintwork and signage in good order. |
| Car wash should be clean and visible and with easy-to-read signs, including price menus and operator instructions. |
| Consideration will be given for additional (general) services provided such as pay-atpump, media-at-pump, ATM, public phone, post box etc. |
