The Forecourt Trader of the Year Awards were launched in 1996 to reward excellence in the petrol retailing sector, and by doing so to promote high standards of professionalism in an increasingly competitive sector or the retail trade.
We felt it was high time the skills and hard work of petrol retailers and their staff was recognised by the industry as a whole, and over the past eight years many have been rewarded for their efforts at the glittering gala award dinner in London which marks the climax of the competition.
